Challenge

Apex Realty Group — a fast-growing national brokerage with 280 agents across the Sun Belt — had the kind of problem most firms would envy: too much demand, too fast. They'd just closed a Series B and needed AR-powered listings live in four new metros simultaneously. Atlanta, Denver, Phoenix, and Seattle. All within 30 days.

Most platforms quoted them six months. Their internal teams quoted four. Apex needed something that could ingest market data, train 80+ agents per metro, and ship working AR walkthroughs in parallel — without the rollout breaking under its own weight.

Approach
