If you're testing the waters or working solo, Starter is more than enough.

For larger brokerages needing security, audit logs, and collaboration tooling — Enterprise is the right fit.

Do you have insurance coverage?

We don't offer insurance — but our tools drastically reduce listing risk by surfacing market shifts early, preventing overpriced inventory, and improving valuation quality.

If your company requires vendor security documentation, we’ll share everything your IT team needs.

Can I book a one-time service?

Yes. One-time deep-dive market audits are available for Pro and Enterprise users.

They include a structured report of market opportunities, valuation gaps, and recommended actions.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade anytime — no penalties.

If you booked an audit session, you can reschedule up to 24h before your call.

Support

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and (for Enterprise accounts) invoicing via bank transfer.

Annual plans can also be paid via invoice upon request.

Are there any hidden fees?

No.

Everything you see in the plan is exactly what you get.

The only extras are optional one-time audit services or add-ons you explicitly choose.

Can I change my subscription plan later?

Anytime. Upgrades happen instantly; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
